正商河峪洲售樓處設計項目為鄭州市惠濟區城中村改造項目，項目緊鄰多條交通主干道，項目交通便利，整個項目占地近5000畝，整體地塊地形豐富多變。首開區占地面積：140多畝，建筑面積9萬多平方。產品主要類型：高層和洋房為主的住宅項目，建筑外觀采用賴特建筑風格。
